First day of preschool and homeschool
Our Calendar
Writing his name
More writing
Counting activity
Art activity (Alex's and Micah did one too)
This week was our first real attempt at homeschool and it went really well on Tuesday and Thursday. Alex is doing well and it's been pretty smooth sailing so far. Today, (Friday) we all went to the park with friends and to the library.
I don't have any preschool pictures of Micah but they are doing lots of fun stuff. Micah loves it so far and I knew he would. He bounces into the classroom and says "HEY, Miss Diana"! I've never seen him do that before when being dropped off for anything. Diana says they have a sweet class.
And then there's Hannah:
(9 months old)
She wants to climb the bunk bed ladder, but she can't...YET!
Puffs
Despite Gamma's attempts to get Hannah to play with girly toys,
she still likes Legos! :)
Also, Travis is doing well with his job. They are sending him on his own to do some claims and some days (like today) he rides along with Brent to watch him do the claims. He is still at home a lot and we all love it! It is so nice to have him right here when something needs fixing. I hated to bring up something that broke after he got home from UPS at 11pm. He has another long training trip planned for October.
Me? I'm leaning on the Lord every day. I'm in Bible study again this semester at church on Wednesday mornings, which is nice. I wish I could visit Headland/Abbeville/Columbia more often but I go when I can. I am sooooooo ready for fall weather!!! I can't wait to make all my yummy soup/stew recipes, especially since I haven't been cooking much lately. I love, love, love having Travis at home more! It is wonderful! Thank You, Lord! Every good and perfect gift is from Him.
